Our kitchen handles all 14 UK allergens
Pepper & Crust is a single open kitchen. We prepare halal beef, chicken, lamb, dairy, wheat dough, eggs, sesame seeds and sauces containing mustard, soya and nuts on shared surfaces and equipment.
Because of this, we cannot guarantee any dish is 100% free of a given allergen, even if it does not appear in the recipe.

- Milk (including lactose)
- Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, brazils, pistachios, macadamia)

- Mustard
- Sesame seeds
- Sulphur dioxide & sulphites
- Lupin
- Molluscs
How to check a specific dish
Every menu item card lists the main allergens it contains (e.g. gluten, dairy, sesame, egg). Tap a dish on the menu to expand it.
